Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be initiated 24 hours before the delivery time (Date of travel)
A mail for the same should be sent to Preordercolombo@flemingo-intl.com along with a copy of the invoice.
The amount will be reimbursed to the same card through which the transaction was completed.
Card refund will be processed within three to four working weeks or specified as per the card merchant
