1.  Browse and Select

Visit https://flemingodutyfreecolombo.com. Use the search feature or the navigational menu to search for brands or particular products that you would like to pre-order. Click on the product and add to cart or buy it directly using Buy now.

2.  Check Out

Check your Cart details. Proceed to checkout. Check out as registered user or as a Guest user. For Guest user checkout option, please make sure you enter your correct and valid contact number & email address to confirm your order so that we can reach for updates regarding your order status.

3.  Add Customer and Travel info

Enter your details and the pick up date. For all transiting and connecting flights please make sure you always provide your outbound flight from Colombo International Airport. Proceed to checkout.

4.  Payment

Colombo Duty Free accepts payments made using VISA and Master credit/debit cards.

5.  Order Confirmation

An Order confirmation mail comprising your order confirmation number is sent to you. Please provide this number while collecting your order at the store or in case of any queries and follow up.

6.  Order Pick up

Visit preorder collection at Colombo Duty Free store, Terminal after clearing immigration. Present your order confirmation email & original passport to collect your order.
