Dark, complex cognac with rich spices, sweet tobacco and dried fig aromas. First bottled in 1870 by Maurice Hennessy for selected friends, this is the original extra old cognac. A blend of over 100 different eaux de vies from the finest growing areas in the cognac region, the XO is carefully nurtured in oak barrels for many years, adding notes of vanilla and cedarwood to the complex palate. Presented in a distinctive decanter bottle.
